We want to ensure our guests always have a great stay, and I'm sorry to learn that we failed to meet your expectations because of the room assigned and its overall condition. I read how you hoped to have a room on the high floor. I also understand your disappointment with the issue with the noise, and sofabed's cleanliness. On a lighter note, I am glad you got good points value, and our pet policy was a great plus.
