We stayed 3 nights at this wonderful Inn and the young man at the front desk was very polite and helpful. My wife and I really wanted a balcony room, but one was not available. The next day he was nice enough to move us. Thank you very much for making are stay a memorable one and also Inn staff very helpful, Very clean nice rooms give a rating of 9.
We arrive early few hours had a long day of travel. We asked it
We could check in the man at the desk was not very nice
Then he replied we have to pay 20.00 so we had to ride around and wait
When we return there was a girl and she was very nice the room was clean
This place is awesome!! They all went above and beyond for our family while we were there!! Everything was so clean!! Breakfast was amazing!! Will definitely be staying there again!! Thank you all for everything you did for us!! You were a blessing!!
NO HOT WATER, THE TUBS DO NOT DRAINS.I was no hot water at 8:30 pm Friday the second of August, and the tubs will not drain, I was moved to another room and the issues was the same. Brought the issues up the hotel manager, there Excuse was that is was a older hotel and it will take longer for hot water to reach upper floors, but the first floor had the same issues as the third. No hot water, Old hotels should be half priced with old hotel issues. And the management will lye about the issues.
We planned a week vacation/anniversary at Summer place Inn. We was excited about my first trip to Florida. When we checked in our room smelled like moth balls and had brown 🟤 splitter on the bathroom walls and on the leg of the stool. Went to Walmart for cleaning supplies. When we got back to the hotel we let the front desk know. We came back to the room and my husband said we're not staying one night in this room. We was moved to a different room. The next day we requested a call back from management. Needless to say three days later we are still waiting. On the third morning I got up to go to the bathroom I saw a ROACH 🪳 on the ceiling. I called the front desk and no answer. PLEASE DON'T STAY HERE. IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE OR YOUR MONEY.
