This Hilton has a great interior with the lobby having large widows spanning the wonderful outside light and superb views of the marina.

The rooms and hallways are all very nice as well and the staff was always courteous and professional. I especially enjoyed running into Carol several times with her big smile and can-do attitude.

Hotel is a 5 minute Uber ride to the beach.

The drawback was that for such a good looking hotel on the water and close to the beach ... is the pool area, which is average at best.

No cabanas, no cool or unique furniture or drapery, nothing fun, nothing cool and definitely nothing chic.

In this day and age where hotels pride themselves on really spectacular (or at least unique) pool areas ... this falls into the mediocrity abyss.
I'll also add that the gym is tiny, where again, this hotel hasn't kept up with consumer demands.

If you don't care about either of those ... it's definitely a good place to stay.

My wife and I stayed there recently prior to a cruise. We stayed on the lower level facing the marina, which was okay as there were a couple large yachts to look at. The food and drinks were way overpriced, which was not totally unexpected, but $16.50 for a hamburger? Most, but not all of the hotel staff were friendly. The room was very dated and the bathtub was not very clean, according to my wife. We've previously stayed at a competitor just down the road and it was cheaper and better all the way around. I'm not convinced that we will return here.

Room Tip: I would recommend getting an upper room in one of the towers. Friends of ours said that their room was very quiet, unlike ours.

We typically stay here multiple times a year and always have a great time however there's been a change in management and staff at the front desk and it's awful
Typically my boyfriend and I arrive at the hotel separately he leaves instructions to leave the credit card on file and for me to check in however they refused to allow this to happen even though he had text confirmation they forced me to pay for two nights day plus the deposit. The whole entire thing was a disaster they would not give me the vouchers for breakfast or the Wi-Fi code they said they had to be given to him because he is the Hilton Honors member
Second issue we had put our kids up in a hotel down the street but there was an issue with rooms so we had to get a room for her late and decided to use points they told us we weren't allowed to do it late in the night it took well over an hour to check her in. It was even clear and evident to the Hilton honors Helpdesk (Who is tortoise this was very possible) that the person checking us in the second time was combative and just not happy with us
Not the way medallion members OR anyone should be treated at all!!
Restaurant and bar staff for breakfast and the pool bar exceptional as usual top-notch service either wait staff as always we frequent there enough that they remember us however front desk needs to get their act together we will be definitely be reconsidering where we stay in the future after the way we were treated by the front desk staff

The Hilton is in a great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The lobby is clean and the staff is friendly. The pool is nice. The poolside restaurant is ok, decent food.
The rooms are fine and I usually have a great view.
This is an ok hotel but it's a bit tired. Less than stellar but definitely worth the price.
