We told friends about this restaurant and they wanted to try it. We got there early so that we didn't have to wait in line (arrived about 5:10). We were seated promptly and our orders taken.

The amount of food you get for the price at this restaurant is great - that is why there is always a line up. Our food came and it was hot and there was plenty of it - as a matter of fact, there was so much that there was enough for another 2 people to have another full meal.

You have to try the onion rings - they are the best we have ever had. You get a lot so order your main meal accordingly.

I have to say one bad thing about this restaurant. Once you have been fed, the service seems to slow down. This happened on both occasions. I do not know what is going on but we waited a long time to get our waitress to our table to bring boxes for the food and to bring our bill. Then once she took the credit card to pay, it took her a while to come back again. If you are in a hurry, ask for the bill as soon as you get your food. It will save you a lot of time.

If it is your first time at the restaurant, let them know and ask for the free homemade cookies, they are awesome.

The restaurant has lots of parking and is easy to find.

We will be back next winter.

We used to have a Cheddar's in our community but it closed several years ago. Since restaurants have struggled there, I have to assume location is a big reason why. We were traveling to Sanibel for Spring Break and found ourselves near the airport in need of a meal. We like to go to places we cannot find at home so we stopped here. It was better than expected! I didn't realize how many sauces and entrees they make completely in the store. The place was jam packed and so the service was a bit slower than is probably normal. Our server was working hard. We were seated right away and everyone found something on the menu they liked. All in all, a good choice! It's not a Florida tourist destination but for a large family on the go, made good sense for us and we were all satisfied.

I love going here for lunch after class and I've always had great service. I usually have on of there sandwich and soup deals which are very good. When I have been there there is usually no or a very short wait time. It is dark inside though, darker in some places and because it is a pretty open restaurant noise travels far so it is very loud when it is busy, especially in the center dining room area.

Had dinner there the other night. Food was served hot, service was good, drawback is that it is very loud in the dining area. Rolls are good, fried Chicken Tenders are excellent. Prices are very reasonable. Would go back but you might be waiting an hour or so to get seated.

I haven't been to many Cheddar's so I didn't know what to expect. We were joining another couple who we had not been with for some time so we asked the server to give us some extra time before ordering. She honored our request and never came back until we asked a manager for help. The food was good but nothing special. We were seated in the bar were it was dark and getting noisy as we were getting ready to leave. An OK experience but nothing special.
