I was not sure about the hotel when I first saw it online as there were not a lot of reviews. I was so pleased when we arrived. Loved that I had a kitchentette that had everything we needed. So great to be able to save a little money by being able to grill out or cook in our rooms. There was plenty of room for our family of four to spread out andrelax. Being right on that beautiful beach was great. They had a little damage from the hurricane that hit the summer before but you would have never have known as they repaired everything.

They had activities and a pool on site too. You could even purchase icecream. It is gated so you need the access bracelet to enter rooms and pool area so no strangers lurking about. One warning is that the pool area gets full of sunbathers so good luck trying to get a chair near the pool for you and the family if you are actually using the pool so we decided to spend our time on the beautiful beach instead of dealing with chair hogs. Sorry, people who throw down towels then disappear for hours, not cool.

The staff is friendly and do a pretty good job cleaning up all that sand in your room, sorry about that. The grills are really clean, you will see them cleaning them daily. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The only con is the parking at this facility as there is not much and can be difficult to manoeuvre in the lot if a lot of large vehicles are there.

We took my two boys here for summer vacation & loved it! The jet ski excursion was so much fun! We saw Manatees, Dolphins, Sea Turtles & so much more! We had a Great time on Sanibel Island as well. We found lots of beautiful shells and rocks. Would love to go back again!

We had to cancel our reservation more than a week before. We were charged $74 even though there was no cancellation fee. Expedia charged my card $400 and only based the return on $370 even though there was no fee. We are in this area a few times a year and will NEVER book through expedia or at this resort.

Room Tip: Don't book through Expedia which you will get through Trip Advisor

We rent two pool view rooms for a couple of days, the hotel is great, is few steps from the beach, nice and clean rooms , pool area is very clean with BBQs for guess use, the red heir girl in the from desk was very nice every time I ask for something she give te solution or answer in very courteous
way.
The only inconvenience I found was at the time when I ask if we can check out late the other girl in the morning told me that I have to live by 11 am, at 10:30 am some one cut off the water on booth room, she knew that I have a baby and 2 other kids
to bad for the hotel, becouse they loose the chance to bild a relation with a costumer for every year, just for the attitude of one person who dosent have idea o dont care about the costumer satisfaction

This course is challenging, and it is beautiful. Every hole has an easy out where shorter hitters can go to make a play, and it has risk/reward spots if you go for it.
The wide tree lined fairways, the vistas that include views of the Harrison River and the mountains of the area, and even just the whole aura of the course make it relaxing and my favourite long weekend golf course
I wish it was closer, but every time I drive to it I realize the drive is worthwhile.
Great golf course!
