I understand you were traveling many in your family, and I wish to apologize again for the Family reunion inclusions hiccups. By booking outside of our Group Sales team, our team regrets this offering was overlooked and I hope the offering of the Turtle Hospital tour was enjoyed by you all. Thank you for highlighting our food selection at TJ's and Butterfly Cafe. I would like to clarify the sticker you mentioned, as that promotion is an offer for Room Service orders. If you were dining in, this may have caused the confusion.
Finally, we love to offer the Yoga sessions twice weekly and the convenience of on-site watersports activities, however, can only offer them when weather permits. Sadly, during your stay, we had numerous poor weather days that included high winds and rain as well as Hurricane Rafael causing a Tropical Storm Warning. Unfortunately for these reasons, our outdoor activities had to be postponed.
