Stay here. They have it all. Friendly staff like Susie Sunshine and Gonzo. A giant Tiki hut bar/restaurant with awesome food. 2 heated pools. Suites on the water with balconies. Close to attractions and seafood restaurants. Free hot breakfast.

Clean place except a little mildew around the sink seams under faucet. Heated pool with a Tiki bar. Complimentary breakfast and coffee/tea always available. Air conditioning worked great. Low water pressure except shower. Microwave and small frig in room (we did not stay in a suite)

This place is awesome! Easy check in. Two lovely pool areas with a tiki bar. Free breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. Ample parking. Restaurant on site. Another super seafood restaurant across the street. Excellent front desk staff. Was not expecting a Fairfield to have such a resort vibe. Very nice!

This is a lovely place to stay on the beautiful island ( key ) of Marathon. While we did spend a day in Key West we loved our week on Marathon. It is more laid back, not so many people, way less traffic. During our stay there was a water main leak on the island. No water can be an awful situation. However the General manager and her staff handled it well. They took a bad situation and made it better, not easy to do. The people treat you like family and make you feel welcome at all times. It’s clean and well taken care of. We stayed in the back building in a suite overlooking one of the pools and the bay. Wonderful room and location. Walk to Sparky’s and Island Fish Co.
I only wish we could have stayed longer than a week. Don’t pass this place up.

I stayed here the first time. The hotel was clean. The rooms clean and cozy with a sitting area. The breakfast was awesome. A lot to choose from. The pool area had plenty of space with loungers. There were also a few hammocks. A pool bar is there as well.
