We stayed at Hapimag on Jun/2015 in a party of five. Plenty of space, cleaned house, Wi-Fi, very kindly staff, very safe and near a Walmart. If you have a large group, consider this accommodation and you`re not going to be disappointed because the cost will worth it.
We've been to the Hapimag Resort last year and everything was so perfect that we are back again this year.
Always friendly and helpful staff, everything clean, inside and outside the house, and a very safe community.

We stayed here for 6 days. Plenty of space for 5 persons. Ground floor had a big living room/ kitchen with sofa, flat screen TV, excellent WiFi, table and a dining table. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of utensils, glasses, plates, boilers etc. and a stove, micro oven, big fridge and a coffee machine ( so we could make breakfast or dinner ) room with washing machine and drier tumble, and a bathroom. The next floor had a nice master bedroom with wardrobe, flat screen, safe and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower Balcony. (There are 2 more bedrooms and a extra bathroom which was locked at the time, so there are plenty of rooms and space for a family here). We found everything in order and very clean. A nice area with swimming pool and sunbeds, tables and chairs outside the apartment. Walmart very close. We felt very safe in this area. The Disney Parks are not far from Hapimag. We highly recommend Hapimag!
As a British tourist with lots of Orlando stay experience I have to say this place was perfect for our family.
Located in a very quiet spot just behind Medieval Times and very handy for Wal Mart it made for a simple 192 jaunt into Disney in 15 minutes.
The town houses are part of a very select Lake Berkley gated community. With excellent security.
We arrived out of hours and the key collection process and free wifi instructions were faultless. It is quite obvious that the Swiss ownership stands out!
The houses are immaculately clean and have all home comforts down to iron and board, washer dryer etc .. Free loo roll and bin bags! So regulars will appreciate the little things. Wifi on the whole site is rapid and free. Even at the pool which is perfect for a non park day.
Reception has a free coffee and free use of a Mac and printer for return boarding passes etc. They are extremely helpful and efficient.
Given the deal I had on Booking.com at £500 per week for mid August I simply cannot fault the place.
For a Brit family who do not expect a Five Star Disney resort just a really nice comfortable two week home you have to consider this place.

We were warmly welcomed to the resort. I had shipped a car seat to the resort and they held it for me until our arrival.
This was our first time with access to a third room. It was a decent size and had a flat screen tv in it.
They have replaced all their tvs with flat screens. I think they have also replaced their couches and they look slightly more modern.
We had a crib waiting for us as requested. Along with bedding. It's a real crib as opposed to a pack n play.
I saw another person post about hot water issues. We also had the same issue. We called in the evening after the office was closed. And tried the night manager. I believe the night manager called us back but we wet unable to get to the phone.
Main desk called is in morning and immediately sent over maintenance who quickly fixed the problem.
They placed us at the end of a town row and so our daughters screaming wouldn't bother anyone directly beside us.
Our big issue this trip was we found the beds uncomfortable. I'm not sure if we had this issue in the past. As they continue to replace older amenities, this would be our next suggestion.
Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay.
