This was my first time renting a private house to stay on vacation and I was certainly not disappointed. When we arrived, everything was beautifully staged and furnished, much better than even the photos on Tripadvisor. The house was well stocked with toiletries, linens, cookware, and then some... more than we could have possibly needed or wanted. There was also a small binder on instructions for the house, which answered every possible question. The whole house was clean and cozy, especially after long hours at the parks, it was like a home away from home. It is situated not far from the highway and within minutes of restaurants, and stores, was also a very quiet community that helped us rest well at night, even in a strange home. The property manager, Duncan, was also very helpful with any questions I had. We actually thought we had left something behind after returning home, a ten hour road trip, and when I phoned him he returned my call within minutes. All in all, I would definitely rent this home again for our next vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay, the kids loved the pool, stroller included was very useful in the parks, easy access to all the theme parks . Nice homely feel, would definitely recommend this house.

The house was just as pictured on line. It was cute,clean, and very nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable,there was extra bedding,towels, and even beach towels for the pool. The pool was beautiful,warm, clean, and just steps away. We really loved the coded lock on the front door. We only had to keep track of the car key. The location is a little off the beaten path, but it's very easy to get to where you want to go. There are all kinds of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I think the washing machine needs an adjustment on the spinning cycle. I ended up just using small loads, and that worked fine. We had a great time.

The home is in a nice, quiet residential area. It is close to restaurants , attractions and shopping. The house is clean and welcoming upon arrival. Lights were on in different rooms when we arrived. The house could use some updates but this did not impact our stay in this home in the least. In fact, if we were back in the area we would definitely stay in this home again.
The pool area was very roomy with chaise chairs, as well as a table and chairs to relax on. The pool was nice and warm for swimming.
