This place never disappoints! Decided to visit again after a year and it's still fantastic. From the outside it doesn't look like much but inside, it's trendy and alive!
The calamari is fresh and delicious, don't forget to try a bite with the pickled red onions to bring the flavor notes up a notch. The sushi was delicious - Acevichado and Teradito rolls, all fresh, truly unique flavor combos. Save room for desert, which was lovely, Picarones- like light crispy donuts in a sweet sauce.
Lastly the best part was the live music duo. The lovely talented young lady performing Friday night was amazing. Her song repertoire was a mix of classics and upbeat songs you definitely know, with a jazzy/soulful touch of her own. It was unique and refreshing which added to the great evening out!!
Friday Happy Hour spot for sure!
