We sat at bar which faces ocean and is elevated above the short dunes. Cocktails were great and creative and thematic. Staff attentive and friendly. The day we went they had a kitchen problem and couldn't make many items because their kitchen hood was broken. This didn't end up bothering us as they still had great salads, sandwiches; however, the menu looked great lithesome imaginative dishes. Would definitely return.

The view was nice. Both service and food were about average.
Mussels were good. Had a couple tropical drinks.

For years I have always praised the staff and restaurant and bar as a go to place on the beach. Recently they have locked the entrance from the public beach area and direct you to go onto the beach and or come through garage. If you do in fact try to go through the garage there are no signs to Stilts ( only one leads to a dead end) and in order to get to the restaurant you need to find an elevator, go up 2 floors, down 2 floors and this is after wondering around the complex looking for a way to get to Stilts. There lack of signage and the maze needed to find the correct corridors to follow lead you to believe they do not want outsiders. It would be nice if their was a easy way to get there if one does not wish to come in from the beach, there are people who used to enter from the street. Also, staff has changed and none of the old bartenders who were so friendly work there anymore. I hope as a very frequent past customer they do agree to an easy way to get to this place which as one time was a 5 star location. As a side note, why not use the old bar until new construction starts on a new bar, drink selection is very limited, no TV's poor setup.

We are always looking for beach dining places. We found this place listed in advertising, and decided to try it. We were excited to experience a new place, but found it to be not at all what we expected. Parking was difficult, the walk to the restaurant was quite long and lots of stairs. The property it is in is a time share, so not likely known for service - but it is a Marriott. Once we finally got to the restaurant, we had more steps...hence the name stilts. The back wall of the open air atmosphere was the one spot you could see the beach. It was packed with college age kids along that wall, and no one else could see.

We waited in the doorway about 10 minutes looking around and checking out the menu. No one ever greeted us or offered us a table. It was quite odd. We won't be back.
