- Caring, considerate staff from warm, welcoming Theo at the front desk telling us about the dolphins that he can see from the front desk and helping me enroll in the MO frequent guest program to the pool staff who brought champagne buckets of ice and cold water to your table and noticed and adjusted our umbrella when the sun started to set and was in our eyes.
Even while we left calling an Uber, the valet gave us tips on making sure we had the right start location showing to avoid the driver coming to the wrong location. I was thoroughly impressed by the caring and consideration the entire staff showed us during our stay. They showed us what a wonderful world it could be if we could all treat each other with caring and kindness.

We declined her eager, kind offer, and all of us just carried our breakfast out to the balcony table. Her positive attitude was very commendable.
- Infinite rounded pool has the most padded, comfortable lounge I have ever laid on! Plenty of umbrellas. I ordered a Miami Vice (strawberry daiquiri and pina colada) which came in a proper size frozen drink glass instead of the tiny plastic cups at most Miami hotels. Separate sand area with loungers and shower.
- The "wow" factor as you enter the lobby with the stunning floor to ceiling windows of the water and flowers. The path around Brickell Key right outside the hotel for about a mile walk along the water.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Umbrellas for the sandy area section. If the umbrellas in the pool section were full, people could go to the sandy section but there were no umbrellas.
- No coffee maker in the room, although there is coffee and tea near the bar until 10:00 am. We have stayed at a few other hotels that had a Nespresso maker in the room.
