A cute clean private place in the perfect location with easily accessibility to uber rides. We had an issue with a broken safe that was attended to immediately. Staff at the front desk are helpful and obliging.

Perfect location! We stayed here the night before our Virgin Voyages cruise, we could even see it from our balcony. The team was great too, shout out to Daliana & Brandon! We requested a high floor and they gave us a complimentary upgrade!
Pedro was extremely helpful and always on the go!!! Amazing personality and beautiful smile leaves everyone interacting with him happier than before they showed up. James at the G bar was on his first day but rocked it and had us laughing the entire evening. 10/10 will come back!!!
Might as well as been sleeping on the freeway. We were on the 12th floor and the freeway noise was so loud and lasted well after 2:30 in the morning. Room decor is "Ikea-esque' with a mattress that my have come from Ikea as well. Very firm and set low profile to the floor. Did like the underlighting underneath the frame of the bed in order not to bump into the hard corners. I think this brand is an appeal to a younger hipper crowd but I'm sure even that demographic would not enjoy the traffic and freeway noise these rooms also supply.

As Hilton Honors members we stay at a lot of Hilton's all over the world and we really enjoyed this one in Miami South Beach. We rented two rooms for our selves and our grown kids. We used valet parking and it was very good. The rooms were nice and quiet and very clean. The hotel has a nice pool with towels on site. The hotel also has towels for the beach and you get two complimentary chairs on the beach for each room. The service was excellent except for the pool side where the pool waiter ignored us the entire time we were there (about 2 hours). We tried to get his attention but no luck. The food at the hotel was excellent as well as the decor and drinks. We definitely recommend and will be back.
