Description: Texas de Brazil is no ordinary steakhouse. It’s a dining experience like no other. Here, traditions of Brazilian cooking blend with Texas hospitality to create a lively atmosphere in an upscale setting. Your meal begins with a visit to our extravagant salad area where you can indulge in a wide array of seasonal roasted vegetables, fresh artisan breads, charcuterie, imported cheeses and other specialties. Then enjoy the rodizio-style dining that has made us famous. An endless parade of gaucho servers visits your table with skewers of freshly grilled beef, lamb, pork, chicken and Brazilian sausage carved directly onto your plate. It’s all served with authentic side dishes of garlic mashed potatoes, Brazilian cheese bread and sweet fried bananas. To complement your meal, select from our award-winning collection of wines or traditional Brazilian bar creations. And don’t forget to treat yourself to one of our decadent à la carte desserts.

Hopefully diners know what to expect when coming here. Great view, great service, and good meats/fresh salads.
Jose, our server was exceptional...and the rodizio guys were all very nice.

-1 for fruit flies
-1 for limited beer menu
+1 for wine selection

Meats are on the salty side. I personally loved the Beef Rib, Lamb Chop, and Garlic Sirloin. Picanha was decent. Flank was a tad tough or undercooked. Sausages aren't that good and Chicken was juicy, but it's chicken.

Fogo De Chao, their main competitor is very similar. Their meats are less salty, and their salad bar is very similarly fresh. Hot bar seemed better at Fogo, but most don't waste their tummy space on that anyway.

Make reservations on weekends, but it's easy to get in weekdays.

I have been to this restaurant on several occasions, particularly because men in the family love meat, and they do have great meats. Because of this reason I have been in Texas de Brazil in Orlando, Dolphin Mall in Miami, Oranjestad in Aruba, and I have to say this is the most impersonal that I have been.
Noise level is high so very little talking could be done, and it is a large venue, so basically you can talk with your neighbor in the table only!. Waiters come hurried, and the selection son Picanha are rather scarce so you actually have to ask them for the cut that you prefer.
Selection of salad bar is fantastic, I particularly enjoyed the lobster bisque and the selection of cheeses....

Fantastic experience! Our servers Felipe and Jose were extremely professional and attentive. I would say it was the best service I've got in a long time. Hostess and meat runners also were great and super attentive. Each member of Texas De Brazil team did their best in most professional manner to make sure we had great dinner experience. I would give Food 4 points out of 5 because most of meats were over-salted (by the way I like salty food but this time food was noticeably over-salted) and salad bar selection was OK but not great. View from the terrace (were our table was located) was stunning, Texas De Brazil Signature Cabernet was great suggestion and complimented our dinner perfectly! Can't wait to be back

Food was great. Salad spread was over the top with 20-25 plus items. Lobster bisque was excellent. All meats were very tasty and well prepared. Little pricey but worth the experience. Very good service with waiters right on the spot to be helpful. Will definitely go back.
