The Lobster was moist. This was our first time eating here after a recommendation that was a sure thing. The next time you are in the area don't miss this one

This restaurant is very charming and while not extremely large has a great staff and wonderful food. My husband and I always order the walleye, as it is difficult to find in Naples and being from Minnesota it is a fish we both love. They do an excellent presentation of this fish, however, we prefer it just sautéed with no toppings or condiments. To be honest it is the only entre on the menu we have tried and will definitely go back again. The meals are served with a very nice potato gratin and asparagus (they don't grill the asparagus - it is steamed). We were there with another couple and he ordered the duck special was was fabulous (he had a clean plate when done) and his wife ordered the crab cakes which were also excellent. The restaurant is always extremely busy especially during high season so if you want to try it make reservations well in advance so you won't be disappointed. They have a large wine list and all of the servers are exceptional. They do have a few tables for outside dining but they overlook the parking lot as the restaurant is in a strip mall.

First of all, the restaurant is named after a region in the Dominican Republic called Cibao. The food is excellent. We were there for lunch, and it did not disappoint. The service was also good. During season, December through April-beginning of May, you might have problems in ANY restaurant. They are crowded, and even reservations fail at times. Do give this place a try for lunch if you don't want to wait during dinner time. If this restaurant is crowded, it should give you a clue about the quality of the food they serve. It will be worthwhile.

We have stopped going to this restaurant based upon our last 2 visits. Although the food is well prepared the service is the complete opposite. Each time we visit a reservation is made but never honored. Would not recommend this eatery in season.
