What I call real food... unhampered by dish artistic designs that do not much more than confound the sense of taste with that of visual pleasure.

Order on the phone if you can - its a bit of a wait, but that's Caribbean food for you. The fish in gravey is so amazing. oooooh i'm just thinking about it now! Conch fritters are great too, one box is enough they're filling.

We shared our box and it was enough for two.

Can't wait to visit again.

Not fancy but lovely food and nice, friendly folks. We had the steamed lobster tail and creole shrimp which comes with rice and peas(or beans), salad, plaintain and tasty dipping sauces (not that it's needed really as the dishes were really flavourful). We recommend for those who are happy to dine off the beaten track and who don't mind the less-than-fancy dining experience. Total bill only $32 and well worth it as seafood was fresh. There's limited seating inside (at counter) and several tables and chairs al fresco dining area.

Stopped by this place after attending a seminar at FIU campus. What a great decision. The ladies in the front are super nice although one does not understand much english. I ordered the "Shrimp with sauce" which came with a choice of Tostones or Maduros as well as dirty rice and beans. The order was sent into the kitchen in French which made me smile even more for what was to come out of it. This was real deal. Shortly, the dish came out and the sauce...OMG...the sauce... it was simply amazing. The shrimp were delicious and the accompanying rice/beans and tostones were great, but the all star MVP of that dish is the sauce. Loved it. Friendly and Happy wait staff!! My friend ordered the Lemon Jerk chicken wings and also didn't want to share :)
