Today Pam and I took her Sister Pat to La Cuisine for brunch. I love the Escargot which I have everytime I go. We all had a version of Eggs Benedict, I had the more traditional version, english muffin, fresh spinach, pork belly and a perfectly cooked poached egg and a wonderful fresh Hollandaise Sauce, and delicious potatoes. Pam and Pat had Gluten
Free Eggs Benedict, with the poached egg over the pork belly and potatoes. with the Hollandaise sauce on the side.
We all had the bottomless Mimosas, and to finish off the meal Pam and Pat shared the Cream Brulee and I have a Sweet Crepe with fresh strawberries, and a wonderful strawberry sauce. I finished my meal with a wonderful rich cup of coffee. We left thinking about when we will return.
Patrice checked on everytable at least twice and the servers where all sharply dressed and very attentive.
NEWS FLASH, while talking to Patrice (Chef/Owner) told us of plans to add a sidewalk cafe area on the south side of the building this summer.
