We had booked 2 nights at this resort and for some reason I had thought I had booked 3 nights. We didn’t want to have a long drive after a day at Disney to our next stop. Antonio at the front desk was able to help me book a third night and add it to my current reservation so we did not have to move rooms. Super helpful! The property is great with several pools that my two boys (5 and 6.5 years old) loved. The rooms are not really rooms but rather condos. Kitchen has all you need and the location is super convenient. We will stay here again.

Very relaxing, well maintained resort. Well kept villas, friendly fellow vacationers, numerous pools, activities and places to hang. Very professional, helpful and personable staff. Special thanks to staff member "La La" for her watchful eye, friendly conversation and going above and beyond to make us feel at home! Well done!!

Check in was quick and easy. We didn’t get the time share sell which was good then again it was 7:00 pm.
We had a 2/2 in the “Cascades” section. This section was a 4 story building and did have elevators. The”Springs” section next door is two story with no elevators. There are a number of sections so check to be sure if you can’t walk up stairs.
Disappointed that under 2 sinks we found dirty towels left from the previous occupants. There is a stackable washer/dryer but they do not furnish laundry soap.
A large number of restaurants are located up and down Highway 535, which runs in front of the property. There are also grocery stores within 3 miles, Walmart, Publix. The resort is also very close to all the attractions.
What was unsettling was cleaning was to occur mid week, however, mid day on the day before we happened to be in and a cleaning person opened our door without knocking or announcing himself. Fortunately we had the safety latch (see photo) on and he banged into it without getting inside then immediately disappeared. The scary part was I was standing in the kitchen close to the door. I looked through the pep hole and no one was there. I opened the door and went out to look and the cleaning person had disappeared around the corner. He said, “oh I was just checking to see if you needed anything”. Strange he didn’t stick around to ask that after he discovered the door had the latch on. I reported it to security but they never followed back up with us. It was not a comfortable feeling.

Overall we liked the resort. Competitive prices and very nice two bedroom villas. Allowed us to hang out with family when at the resort.
Location is awesome as well and close to everything.
Check in process is not the most efficient. Have to visit three different desks prior to getting to room. Too quite some time and not easy to wait when dealing with a toddler who is restless after traveling all day.
Nice reduction in theme park tickets via the VIP program. Painful part is sitting through the presentation about Sheraton points/timeshare. While I can respect the two representatives trying their best sell their products, there is no reason for them to be rude and disrespectful to me when I made it clear I was not interested.

All in all I would recommend this resort as a nice alternative to the Disney resorts

We stayed in the Springs section of the resort and overall we loved it and would recommend it. It wasn't perfect, which is why I'm giving it four stars instead of five.

What we didn't like:
1. The check in was not efficient. We had to stand in line for about twenty minutes while I counted nine staff members standing at the counters without customers. This is because they want you to meet with one staff member to begin with and then be transferred to another worker to talk about timeshare meetings in order to get your room key from yet another worker.
2. We stayed in the Springs section and the pool area is smaller, but super cute. However, those with rooms bordering the pool "saved" all the chairs first thing in the morning with their towels. So if we arrived at the pool area at 11:00 AM there might be only three people at the pool, but 25 chairs were "taken." I thought that was rude.
3. We cooked in our unit and pot holders were not provided. Salt and pepper was not provided either, and it usually is at timeshare resorts.
4. There was a pretty miniature golf course on the grounds, but there was a fee to play. Other resorts we have stayed at allowed guests to play for free.

What we liked:
1. We had a two bedroom unit that was very clean. The master bedroom was very big. The beds were comfortable.
2. When we couldn't get chairs at the Springs pool we headed to the Cascades pool and it is awesome! It was our favorite thing about the resort! Plenty of chairs and a really big pool with a waterfall. Plus lots of palm trees on one side if you prefer shade.
3. We could easily walk to the resort store, two pools, a restaurant, etc. from our unit, which was very nice. We've stayed at some resorts where we were forced to drive to the pool because it was so far away.
4. The location of this resort was excellent. It was an easy drive to the Disney parks and easy to find.
5. We needed a blanket for the sofa bed and when I called the front desk they brought one over very quickly. Also, our beds were made and towels replaced halfway through the week which we did not expect at a timeshare. What a nice surprise!

We thank you for sharing your views, experience and personal feedback with the Trip Advisor Portal.

We also thank you for selecting the lovely Sheraton Vistana Resort - we appreciate your kind accolades for the accommodation, amenities and service from our caring and friendly Teams.

Your valuable feedback for the pros/cons were immediately escalated to the Management Team for awareness, needed focus and improvements.

We are aware of the towels/chairs hoarding during the Spring Break. Our Pool Teams are actively monitoring the situation on a daily basis and make every effort to avoid this type of situation. We regret to learn that salt/pepper and pot holders were missing from your villa. We have already shared this information with the Housekeeping Teams for their awareness.

Over the years, the Resort has always charged a fee for engaging in mini golf.. There are several activities which are free of charge. Please ensure that you check the Experience Guide for useful information on the Activities for all ages.

We are hopeful that your next vacation at the Sheraton will be more pleasant and enjoyable.
Best Wishes
