Resort was great but the best time was by the pool especially the bar Mr.ELIJAH made it happen his service and personality was 100% and would definitely recommend to anyone anytime. So if anyone is ever in Orlando go visit the Avanti Palms and see Mr.ELIJAHMore

Let’s start by saying that Jamie, did an amazing job helping me with booking my first corporate event for my team VERY short notice. Both Katie and Jamie handled the challenge wonderfully. They were both kind, understanding, and professional. Even though we ran into a slight hiccup that neither one of us expected, the level of communication that was shown was amazing. I will definitely book with them again for any further events either business or personal…I’ve never stayed there but after this experience, I would consider it without hesitation. Elijah was great for our stay great customer service food was nice drinks was nice outside area is beautiful nice daily! Pool very nice also have a game room with pool table I enjoy ! I would must definitely recommend this hotel!

Elijah was excellent, great spirit, positive energy, extremely helpful. His customer service supersede anything else going on at this hotel . Food & drinks were delicious . Pool area had Dj, after Dj leaves bar open till 11 & has overhead music,

No fitted sheets, just one thrown over a stained mattress pad
Hair all over comforter
No too sheet, just the hair mattress to cuddle up in.

We really enjoyed our visit at avanti palms, the rooms were clean and cold with the AC and the pool was the perfect temp. Chree S. at the front desk checked us in at about midnight after a long flight. They definitely need more help during the night, but no matter how busy she was she was so nice and kind and helped us get into our room with ease. We’ll come back again just because Chree was so helpful. She’s the type of customer service representative you hope to encounter on a vacation.
