I have heard a lot of things about this hotel . Mainly concerning the amazing pool which has a lazy Susan ... the sand bottom pool and the fact that the area alone makes you feel like your in an amusement park all its own . We decided for our stay we would check out this amazing hotel . This was our first time staying at the Beach but now our first time eating there ( see my reviews for Beaches and Cream as well as Cape May).
We are DVC members and as such stated in a 2 bedroom villa on the villa side of the hotel ( which is to the far right of the hotel if looking at it ). It has its own pool over there as well.
Before arriving , I was told that parking was limited and to use the Valet ( which btw does NOT come complimentary if you stay there ) and has a steep fee of $25/ day. Now we ended up using them due to information that was given to me in the wrong ( but later rectified at no charge to me or those staying with us ). The bell service persons whee very kind , curtious and wanted to make sure nothing was left or dropped . They had our items off loaded and within a few minutes of us getting into our room , they had it up to us . Very worth it if you have a lot of items.
Now let me tell you of our room . It was HUGE , furnishings where very nice , colors reminded you of the sea . A very large almost too big for the room flat screen tv adorned the wall and was in each room. 3 balconies graced outside , although kinda cramped . However this was made up to us by the wonderful view of the Epcot ball! It lit up in soft colors at night that made you want to reach it and touch it . Down side was fireworks where promptly at 9 and they echoed off the building, making them sound louder than they where, with our little ones we thought for sure they would wake .
Inside the room was a full kitchen and a small kitchen nooks . A laundry area and so many doors ! Each door leading to a new area of discovery. On the mast side doors opened to a shower and vanity, john area , another vanity ( with light up makeup mirror ) a very large soaking tub as well as a closet which had the safe , broom and vacuum . The master itself was nice , a sitting sofa , desk large king bed and the tv. The second bedroom had a husband her vanity ,as well as a separate area for shower and John ( no tub). 2 queen beds as well as a huge tv . It truly was an impressive room ! The only negative where the busses . Not always prompt or even close to ontime , you had to give yourself plenty of time to get from one location to the next . All in all the hotel was amazing and we ended up staying right until 1 day prior to the hurricane . We even made plans to stay again the next years. A hotel surly to be on your list to stay.

We travelled for the first time as DVC members. The hotel is in a fabulous location and has an amazing pool. The only negative for us was that with a 5 year old the pool slide was not ideal as means leaving the pool area to ride it meaning we both had to be with her, one to take her the other to catch her at the bottom!
Great choice of onsite restaurants and very polite cast members. We will definitely be returning visitors at some point!

We LOVED everything about this resort! Seriously, no complaints. The location is excellent - so easy to walk to Epcot. Transportation was always on time. The pool was excellent - we spent lots of time there, I enjoyed the lazy river while my kids enjoyed the sand pool, the water slide and well, every aspect of the pool. We ate several meals at Hurricane Hannah's at the pool. It is better to go a little before or after prime lunch/dinner hours because it can get crowded. The bartender at the pool made an amazing margarita! We went to Beaches and Cream for take out ice cream cones pretty much every night. Very delicious. We ate at Cape May Cafe for the Character Breakfast and it was nice because it wasn't overwhelming as other character meal locations can be. We had a one-bedroom villa with a sleeper sofa. Not as big as Bay Lake Tower 1-bedroom units, but more than enough space for our family of 4. We will definitely be back for another Disney trip at this resort.

We've stayed at most deluxe resorts and DVC properties at WDW, but we keep coming back to the Beach Club. This was our first time in the Villas, and we will definitely return. Our one bedroom villa was newly renovated, clean and quiet.

We like eating dinner at World Showcase at Epcot and the "secret path" around the back of the building let us get inside the park in less than 10 minutes. Parking was convenient and plentiful. We only used the bus service to get to Magic Kingdom, but it was quick and rarely overcrowded. Stormalong Bay is easily the best pool on the WDW and the table service around the pool was very friendly and prompt. The quick service in the main hotel is probably the only slight negative to this property, but at worst it is acceptable.

When our kids were younger, we like to stay on the monorail properties since we spent so much time in the Magic Kingdom, but the Beach Club's relaxed environment, amenities and proximity to Epcot, Hollywood Studios and the Boardwalk made this the perfect location for us now with school aged kids.

Only got to enjoy this resort one night. We returned from our Disney cruise and were only here one night. The pool and lazy river were amazing! I was surprised see sand in the pools and lazy river. The quiet pools didn't have sand in them.
