Second visit. First time sat traditional and loved the pork ramen and fried dumplings. Second time did the hot pot with a ton of meat and veggies. Hidden gem in mills/50 district.

You have to order the Hot pot, it's so much fun and delicious.
If you've never had a hot pot you pick a broth flavor and then cook your choice of proteins and vegetables at the table. Very enjoyable, you won't be disappointed. BYOB- Don't forget to bring the chef/owner a beer

Very good noodle & rice dishes. Come here for hot pots, pho or rice or noodle dishes. The menu is huge & its a byob restaurant. Spicy means SPICY. If you cant handle heat do not get a spicy dish. I loved the heat & the dishes i ate.

My husband and I got to experience HOT POT style at this lovely restaurant. Staff was knowledgeable to give tips to us. Your bill can add up if you don't watch the items you put in your hot pot! It was yummy! Due to the thanksgiving holiday, my husband got a free beer.

The food, menu, portions and prices are all excellent. I particularly recommend the Mini Mushu appetizer and the Tom Yum Soup. They also have an excellent self-serve condiment bar that allows you to customize your selections to suit your individual tastes.
The only flaw in the food is that they have a tendency to chop the vegetables a bit fine, which can cause them to overcook by East Asian standards.
The service is another matter all together. The servers recognize regulars and tend to give them excellent service, whilst the occasional new faces seem to be a bit of an inconvenience. In addition to this, food is delivered as soon as it is ready. Which can result in a hodge-podge of dishes on the table, even mains served before starters. The service is quite quick, so the solution to this is to not order one's mains until the starters arrive...that's when the servers become annoyed and uncooperative.
If you are willing to endure this minor inconvenience, you will find that the overall experience more than makes up this idiosyncracy.
