I am new-ish to the sushi game and my girlfriend took me here. Loved it. I have seen omakase as an option at other restaurants but this was my first experience seeing moriawase on the menu. 15 pieces of sushi, selected by the chef for $40 is quite a bargain. I will recommend! Especially for the newbies to nigiri. It was a nice, safe way to try new fish. Everything tasted so fresh and was prepared beautifully. High marks for the sambal relish.
The other items on the menu seemed unique and interesting, not your standard California roll kind of sushi place....
When I am in Orlando, I will be eating at Kabooki. You should too!
