We did not want to spend the extra money on a Disney resort so we chose this Holiday Inn in Disney Springs and was very happy with our choice! We used the bus there at the hotel for our Disney park days and we only had one day we were not happy when picked up from Animal Kingdom there was no AC on the bus and so hot.. other than that it is a wonderful included perk! It got us there before the park opened and was easy to find for pick up.. if times didn’t work we got ubers.. we did not get to walk to Disney Springs due to the weather so we took $8 Ubers. Disney Springs has a lot of good food choices you can have picked up by Uber Eats or make reservations if eating there. I had groceries delivered fo the hotel and they were nice enough to keep them for me till we flew in.. the free waters each day helped a lot and we enjoyed our free drinks the first day. The pool is very clean and beautiful . I love it’s so huge so enough room to swim with others to space. I do wish it had another hot tub because it was always crowded. During the week the pool was not crowded at all, very relaxing , but the weekends it got run over by kids jumping all over.. We loved the games by the pool too and the work out room and arcade were very nice. I wish the restaurant was open longer till 11 because we always got in later than 10 from the parks. We did appreciate the pool open till 11. The menu is limited at the restaurant and was just ok.. but very nice staff.. the room was very spacious and clean.. they brought up towels or anything we asked.. just wish the trash would have been taken out each day and I wish the toilet paper holder was not near the shower because the TP kept getting wet.. Another thing I wish the room had a recliner or couch for extra seating and to put things on.. it has the carpet room for it.. not sure why they don’t have a chair in the room besides the desk one. the drinks at the bar were great and everyone we spoke to was helpful. We were disappointed on our break day they did not have the cookies out for us. We did get them another day and they were packaged ones .. overall I would stay here again and recommend this hotel for a visit to the parks.. we chose this place for the large rooms since there is four of us and the balcony also provides extra space too!More
