During our March visit almost every ride here is closed. The one thing they kept open it the Indiana Jones show that has been running for almost 30 years. Unfortunately Ive seen that 50 or 60 times and don’t need to see it yet again. We did see One Mans Dream for the 20th time but there is nothing to do in this park and it needs to be avoided until it has something added. The parking lot is under construction so care is needed if driving.

First visit and last. Just doesn’t have the Disney feel. Not enough rides and activities for younger children. They could do so much more here but it seems like it’s been poorly planned out as a Park. The star wars area they are building now seems like it will be pretty cool. Otherwise I wouldn’t come back.

This was my first visit and I have never experienced such brilliant customer service, such brilliant help for families travelling with disabled guests too. This would get 6 stars if they existed, what an unbelievable fantastic place to visit. Staff here were outstanding, we were treated brilliantly, we were even given a voucher for making a member of the casts day, so they gave us a magic memory voucher and certificate. There was one young black guy whose name we didn't get, he was working by the disabled section just before the star wars fireworks show, we explained to him that we had a return time ticket for one ride but wouldn't make it back in time for the fireworks so he went off and returned 5 minutes later with vouchers that allowed us immediate access to the ride. This was above and beyond any sort of customer service we expected and is how it should be done, so if disney staff read this and recognise this guy, give him our sincerest thanks and reward him because he deserves it. Brilliant staff from disney.

New additions to Park since my last visit several years ago. It was a high volume day and we didn’t get on any good rides because they didn’t honor fast pass or singles for Tower of Terror or Rock-n-roller coaster. It would be fine on a less crowded day.
