Rooms and hallways dirty, an empty waterbottle on the stairways for 2 days, the elevator did not work, the breakfast poor.
The cleaning of the rooms inexisting, my socks got black of walking on the floor.
To their defence it seems as there was some undergoing some improvement jobs but that was not reflected on the price 220$/night.
We don't recommend this property at all. We had a dirty tub, filthy wet towels left in the bathtub and a leaky toilet. Unfortunately, we tried to move rooms, but none available, then tried 5 other hotels, but they were booked and it was already after 11 PM and we were exhausted. Called the front desk about the mess, but the clerk was the only person there so no housekeeping services. I had to get gloves and cleaning supplies and clean the tub myself in order to take a shower. Went downstairs for breakfast the next morning and most of the items they were supposed to have were out and no mention of restocking or more fodd arriving from the store and we were up early. The hotel manager/owner? was out of town. We didn't receive a refund or any type of compensation for the state of our room and barely received an apology.
Didn't realize how far it was from the beach. You probably want to go out for breakfast, theirs is ok, but it was always out of something. The pillows were so soft and the rooms were updated. Shower got hot and stayed hot for a while. Overall it wasn't a terrible choice.
I was very pleased with the hotel and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this property to friends, family, and business associates. I will plan on staying again if the need arises and I need to make another trip to PC.
My daughter was bitten by something four different times on her face, both arms, & finger while she was sleeping in the bed. Whatever it was that bit her, made all bite areas swell & constantly be itchy. It swelled up to about 4 inches by 3 inches on her both arms. Her entire finger swelled & was very uncomfortable. The swelling & the itching lasted for four days!!! I went & bought her some allergy/itching medicine (pills), cortizone cream, anti-bite insect medicine & two different pain/discomfort sprays. Her symptoms still lasted for four days even though we were trying to treat the bite areas with the medicine. When I told the guy at the front desk about the bite wounds, he said he was sorry & that he would have them check the room to see what it was. But that was it, nothing more. He didn't seem too concerned about the issue.
