Very pleasant customer service! Ms. Angel, Victoria, and lorralie all go out of there way to make sure our company has all we need? Hats off to these woman!! Very quiet place and the indoor pool is great. Very peaceful and easy to rest at night. The staff mentioned are awesome!

Was very clean and comfortable. The front desk was very welcoming. Was offered fresh cookies, which were very good. Plus as much fresh fruit that you want. The hair conditioner didn't work, was stuck. We slept very well. Two bottles of water in our room was free.

The staff was very pleasant the room was nice I’m very pleased and this is my second time staying with them very satisfied the pool was a bonus my child celebrated her 9th birthday here and the pool hours are awesome we loved it

No problems at all. Front desk (Lorelei) was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. Foyer area has complimentary fruit, water, and coffee 24-7. Nothing wrong with the room at all. Beds were fine, bathroom was stocked with the pump-type shower essentials, water pressure was excellent. Complimentary breakfast had hot food and cereals and yogurts - fully maintained. Seriously ... nothing was wrong. Clean, safe, highly recommend. Would stay again.

The bed was broken in the first room I was given, when I spoke to the front desk staff they were very apologetic and immediately gave me an upgrade to another room. The staff was exceptionally friendly and receptive. I would highly recommend this Fairfield Inn to anyone.
