Finding a good Sushi restaurant is difficult in SW Florida. But this was a pleasant surprise. The fish was really fresh and the taste was great. The Sashimi plate was reasonably priced. Service was very good and friendly. Facilities was in very clean condition. Spectacular view from the veranda.

Was staying across the street a the Sheraton and ate dinner here twice, once at the bar and the second time at a table. The seafood, raw oysters, shrimp, etc. were nice and fresh. The sushi was very good and I thought prices were very reasonable. If you are seated table side service is swift, if not hurried. I felt very pushed to turn over our table even though they were not too busy. If you visit Punta Gorda, this place should not be missed as the views alone are a good reason to go. Just be sure to let your server know to slow down.

My husband and I have been here 3 times for drinks because the view is fabulous. The last time we were here he had the peel and eat shrimp and he said they were OK but he is very fussy about his shrimp. A time or two before we tried the sushi and it was good definitely not the best I ever had but it is good for a seafood restaurant serving sushi. I believe the walking path goes right by this place too in case you have an urgent thirst while walking by on the path. The people that sat by us had the crab appetizer with the avocado on top served with chips that looked fabulous although I can't eat crab.

We've been coming here for five years and the sushi is consistently good. Fresh, decent portion and value. We usually eat at the bar outside. The dinner menu is nothing to rave about. The grouper anise was a nice entree but has been dropped off the menu. The pasta dishes are bland. Of course crab and fish are what you should order at a crab house but there's often one in the group who won't or can't eat fish/shellfish. I just think if you're going to put it on the menu, you ought to make it as good as your fish entrees. This is a large restaurant that can handle families and larger parties so they ought to step it up on their non fish options, and have vegetarian and gluten free options as well.

We have been visiting this wonderful restaurant every spring and fall for the past 8 years. The first time I was concerned that it would be kind of touristy. It is not only a fun place with lots going on but also the view at sunset is magnificent. The food is very good and the service has always been professional and at the same time charming. Some locals find it pricey but as a Canadian I find it extremely reasonable. And you can find anything from crab to beef to pasta to sushi.
