This was an excellent stay for a recent business trip. The staff take pride in their work and provide exceptional service. Special shout-out to Tom Dutton at the front desk, who went above and beyond to be helpful, and truly made the stay a pleasure.

The shower took 20 minutes to get hot, and once it did, would turn cold and hot very quickly at random. The bed was stiff and uncomfortable, and very poor quality pillows. bathroom was dirty. the staff were nice and helpful, and gave me free bottles of water at my request. parking was not designed for larger vehicles

This was an OK hotel. Plenty of places to eat if you want to drive. Not exactly in the historic district or really on the edge. It was more between two artery streets for the city. I was disappointed because there was no view and I thought there would be. The water pressure was low. Everything else was fine

Excellent value, very clean rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. The only issue was the bathroom. It was very clean, but awkward with new redesign as there were nowhere to hang wet towels. Also, the vanity was a bit small for our family of four so we had stuff every where. I like the larger vanities I've seen at other Hampton Inns. This however would not stop me from staying there again or recommending it to others. Just a note for the staff.

Extremely friendly staff and clean accommodations. Includes complimentary breakfast. Our only disappointment was we thought we were going to be closer to downtown. We ended up driving and therefore had to pay to park. Other than that very affordable.
