I a mom and daughter trip for almost a week. It was a long day and when we got here they put me in the one of their many condos, which smelled, baseboards gone, paint peeling and stains in carpet. Apparently, there was a water flood and significant damage. So, why put me in that one? No concierge, no lobby, and I didn’t know who to call. I didn’t realize I was being put in a condo. I called to confirm my reservation before I left my state and was told I’d be on the beach.
Not even close. I didn’t rent a car because I was mislead to believe where myself and my daughter would be had access to the beach & hotel amenities. The restaurant on this property had us wait for 20 mins before I was able to get their attention... “Hey! I’m over here” we were given menus then but back to waiting again. No drinks either, just waited until a different person come over and asked if I’d been helped and finally a 3rd person assisted us. There is a community check-in center off the property, you’re given a room key a put in a golf cart. They take you to the condo chosen for you and you’re on your own. They did NOT explain anything! Bad service and so sad over it.
How do I get clean towels?!
