Hotel is clean and next to a newer shopping/lifestyle center. Lots of choices to eat, drink and shop and a short drive to beautiful beaches. Jolted is clean, lobby is comfortable and cool, front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Lots of parking available. Would be nice if they had a golf cart shuttle to the shopping center in the later evenings but that would just be a convenience.

We had just a one night stay at this hotel, but wish it had been longer. This was a incredibly nice Hyatt Place, very clean, and felt very modern. The customer service was top notch in every interaction, the breakfast was great. Location couldn't be better, so many shops and things to do within walking distance. Park your car and explore Grand Boulevard. This hotel was on point in every way. I booked as a Hyatt reward member and it was a great value. I'd recommend to anyone.

The hotel is clean and well maintained with a great breakfast. The only issue is with the front desk staff didn't seem to know how to help at times. Also only one person at the desk during a busy holiday weekend. I asked for a late check out and person who was helping me wanted to compromise when I could check out later. I would think late check out option would have been either available or not at 2pm. The staff was not as friendly as other Hyatt branded hotels. Take the story for what it is but a couple that stayed at the hotel with us had their large cooler that they left outside of the door one night taken and hotel does not have cctv apparently in the hallways. Police was called and a report filed.

We stayed at this property because our original reservation at Courtyard Sandestin Grand Boulevard was given away (Don't get me started on that terrible property. I would not recommend anyone stay there). Anyway, our room at Hyatt Place was immaculate and the manager, Aaron Black was simply amazing. Thank you for helping us with our stay and offering such great customer service to us. We are very appreciative. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Miramar Beach/Destin area.

Great hotel! Very clean and very family friendly. Breakfast was pretty good, doing the best they can under COVID restrictions but breakfast sandwiches were coming out cold in the middle. Overall great and would definitely recommend!
