Beautiful and well maintained. Excellent staff and location. So nice to be able to walk to dinner and shops. The lobby is beautiful, and the room was very spacious. All of the staff we encountered were very customer service focused. We will return!

It was still the same, very clean, great staff, awesome breakfast and spacious rooms.
I like the area, not to far from everything.
The shopping area next to the hotel is a fun place to go.

When we travel, we love to stay at the Hyatt Place because the rooms are big enough for my family of four, and the staff is super helpful. The breakfast is like the cherry on top. The hotel is always close to the shopping center, so we can take our time to pick up small items.

Checked into this hotel for 2 nights. Had booked a rate through the website which was taking out of my bank 3 days after making the booking in August.
When we stayed at the hotel they said they had not taken payment. My bank is now trying to get me a refund. Will not be booking through this chain in future. I was on to the reservations 3 times and still no joy, each time they said they would check it out.
We had to change room after 1 night as the bed was excessively sagged.
Brid I am sorry to read about this experience you had with us. I would be happy to try to assist you in looking into a duplicate charge if you show the money taken from your account and see if I can find anything in my system. I am also sorry to read that you had to switch rooms after your first night due to the condition of the bed. We will use the information here to help us be the best we can be going forward.
Amazing experience but bring your own pillow, you'll thank me later, pillows look fluffy but flatten once you lay on them. Staff is very kind and responsive. Please be patient with the bartender, he also cooks the food you order. Will definitely return!
