Best hotel for families! The staff, from the housekeeping to the manager at the front desk, were exceptional and everyone was so happy, helpful and friendly. It was so refreshing to stay at such a wonderful hotel. Thank you!

We have visited and stayed here several years in a row. We are always pleased with the cleanliness and pleasant employees. We always feel welcomed. Complimentary breakfasts are delicious and well stocked by attendants. However, we have to request improvement/change in the Mix food selections. The light snacks seemed to be rather exotic and not well received. However, the concept of the Mix is great and we met many new friends! All in all, we love Sandestin Residence Inn by Marriot and look forward to future stays.

Everything about our stay from start to finish was great. Our King suite was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Thanks Marco for finding us a room with an oven when we checked in. Very clean property. All staff we encountered throughout our 16 night stay were super friendly and helpful from front desk staff to the breakfast staff, housekeeping and maintenance. We definitely hope to return again next year for a longer stay. A shout out to GM Kaisha and her staff! Oh and Kaisha, we really enjoyed those cupcakes. Thanks for including us in that special event!

Best way to describe this Residence Inn is it’s very consistent with our past stays there in many ways. We stayed for 10 days and had a wonderful time. Kaishai the manager works well with her team to understand expectations so the guests have a great experience. Daniel at the front desk along with Marco and Samantha provide great customer service. Aledela (?sp) and her staff in the kitchen do a great job replenishing the various foods. Mariana our housekeeper was very prompt in cleaning our room thoroughly when requested. It’s obvious the employees enjoy their jobs with all the smiles they have on their faces and interacting with the guests. The hotel is spotless!! It’s located in a nice area with stores and as well as a Publix grocery store. We are looking forward to our next stay!

This is a very nice property, but what stood out most about our visit was the service provided by Daniel who was manning the front desk. He went above and beyond the call with his kindness and attention to detail which was very much appreciated after a long day on the road. As a Marriott Ambassador, I have stayed at hundreds of properties, and have never been more impressed. I hope Marriott appreciates this outstanding employee!

This place was great we had the one bedroom suite and it was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The staff were friendly and efficient and the free hot breakfast was great. We will definitely return again.
