The hotel has been updated and the staff are amazing! they go out of their way to make sure your stay is wonderful. I stay here often for work. I would like to see the dinner menu expand a bit. And the television stations suck. They need some definite expansion on the stations in the rooms. so disappointing to not see all the channels i like. ugh. but overall great place.

Just another Hilton product. Little diff between this and the Hampton next door. I thought the significant difference was the in-house restaurant. Not so here. The room is identical. Not worth it. Won't stop here again.

This is a typical HGI complete with familiar decor, friendly staff and nice rooms. Nice touch was selecting our room and checking in via the App. Breakfast was very good value and my omelette, cooked to order, was absolutely first class. Nothing but praise for a very good hotel.

Hotel rooms really needs to be reviewed for needed repairs, working remotes, AC, facilities etc before checking guests in. Lots of little issues that could be fixed ahead of time so guests are not constantly calling for issues.

Wow...I was shocked at this room and cleanliness of this hotel. I was in Tallahassee with my daughter visiting the Capitol Building. We entered to a very dirty lobby area, carpets needed vacuuming, they were out of place etc. I've stayed at many Garden Inns before...they look and smell great (not this one). The door lock system gave issues (took several tries) and once we entered, realized we couldn't walk barefoot on the carpet. It was damp (our socks were wet), stained, and had an odd smell. The phone in the room didn't work (we tried calling for a wake up call...static...it was plugged in btw), the shower curtain was ripped and moldy, and the ceiling of the shower had stains (not sure what). It was very noisy throughout the night. The very small breakfast area was packed and although we just wanted a muffin and juice...they charged us the full price of $9.95 per person (the waitress stated "we can't break it up"...she was referring to the price). It was a bad experience and we'll be looking for another hotel next time we visit. Go somewhere else.
