Description: We are omnivores — carnivorous, chocolate-loving, bacon-hoarding, wineauxs, beer geeks, curd nerds and yes, even vegetarians. Together we are shamelessly unapologetic flavor crusaders and Datz is our playground. An american gastropub + market dishing up regional comfort food favorites generously paired with craft beer, boutique wine and artisanal cheese. Served with ample sides of culinary education and entertainment in a spirited, ever-evolving environment. After all, we believe ordinary belongs in the dictionary, not in a restaurant. Especially ours.

Came here with a friend from the area on our first trip to Tampa. This place was delicious! Great atmosphere. Great beer and alcohol selection. We had the Mac n cheese burger. Holy cow it was delicious. We also had the cauliflower Buffalo things. Omg this was so dang good. Great service etc. We will definitely be back

We stopped here after getting off a cruise ship. It was a great treat filled with delicious food, good service and enjoyable atmosphere. The menu is filled with cleverly written items. I had an egg Sammie called a Brie Bardot that was a very tasty egg sandwich on a soft scrumptious bun topped with Brie, spinach and tomatoes. All four in our party loved what they ordered, each of which were generous portions of flavorful food. The atmosphere is comfortable, with wood floors and some alcohol related decor, like chandeliers made from wine bottles, creating a pub type vibe. They had a display case filled with sweet treats that looked beautiful, but we were all too full to try. Maybe next time. We will definitely go back if in the area again.

Had a business dinner here back in January. The portions, even for the apps, are huge. The plate of Datcho could easily feed at least two. For the main course, I opted for a Porkfection sandwich. It was awesome as well. Their drink selection was huge, too.

Definitely fast before eating here or bring friends to share!

I had a burger that had fried Mac and cheese instead of a bun! Holy cow!! It was unreal. The Mac and cheese cheese balls are awesome. Next time I have to try their pound of Korean wings. The service is fantastic. If in Tampa you absolutely have to try this. I can’t wait to go back.

After a 45 min, wait (standing up), we were seated upstairs in a very dark corner near the Pepsi machine. It appears the building is a converted warehouse. Low ceilings & poor lighting upstairs. Too much food is served, prices are high & the food lacks taste. The sausage gravy & biscuits @ $14 were luke warm & not very good (Bob Evans is much better).. Chicken & waffles @ $18 was advertised as a chicken breast when in fact it was chicken tenders. The chicken was dry & lacked flavor. Very few pecans.
