This is a small 10 cottage resort that is extremely well cared for by owners Carol & Mike. The parking is right across from the cottages with a one-lane driveway. We enjoyed the little beach with easy swimming/snorkeling access. The water was so clear you could see fish while floating around. The room was very clean & we felt safe despite COVID. I would advise researching so you know what you are getting here - it is quiet & small. We were very happy with our stay, enjoying beautiful sunsets beyond the boats docked to the side.

This was just what we needed, I knew from the reviews we would have a wonderful time but it was even nicer than the photos show. The owners work 24/7 make this place beautiful, clean, peaceful. We stayed in Cottage 10 Key Largo and were very happy as it was very large with full kitchen and separate bedroom area as well as a couch to lounge on. Each cottage has a private patio with BBQ charcoal grill, nice table with umbrella and what we loved was the water feature placed at every patio for extra privacy, the sound is relaxing and made it so you could not even hear other visitors. There was great snorkeling off beach, we saw 2 Manatees, a Grouper, large Parrot fish, crabs, star fish, minnows and an Angelfish. Best snorkeling was on left under the boat thats docked. We also used the paddle boards and floaties. The beach was raked every night, the twinkle lights at night were beautiful. We thought the road noise would be an issue but the water features and the thick concrete cottages were very effective in blocking that. Oh! And the sunsets were perfection every night. Almost forgot, they had lovely relaxing island music playing in our room when we arrived and in some common areas, perfect.

This is a immaculately cared for a property with many bungalows ... everything about it was lovely – only missing for us was a pool but nevertheless we had a great time – this is a special place and if you go there definitely eat at snooks on water ... not at bayside grill. ..bad!! Snooks was excellent meal and great place to stop on your way down to Key West..
