Went with friends for lunch, service was really good. I had the crab cakes excellent by the way. Friends had a mix of appetizers and Sushi. Reasonably priced and a nice buzz of conversation in the restaurant.Great atmosphere. Waitress made our visit very enjoyable as she was a lot of fun.

We entered and were offered a table
right by the door.

There were other empty tables so we asked for something different and were seated at a table right by the kitchen.

Apart from the fact that the table was off balance and tipped when leaned on...

We requested one of the other empty tables (at least four) and were told that since we were a party of two and those were four tops we couldn't have one.

We left.

Attitude from <25 year olds in a restaurant that want full was an obvious precursor to a less than stellar experience.

My gf and I decided on Hog Snappers for a week night dinner. Living in the Jupiter/Tequesta area we look for restaurants that have a welcoming atmosphere and that was the case here. Their Sushi menu had some very unique creations and we went with the CRUNCHY SHANNON ROLL and we were hooked. When we ordered the PAELLA we made it clear that my girl has a PORK allergy and they put her PAELLA together without the churrizo,,,,,which was "noted" on the order to the kitchen. I had the Lobster wrap. The dinner was casual and relaxed and the food was delicious and the portion of the PAELLA was plentiful. 5 star for this new FAV restaurant

We eat at Hog Snapper's every year during Spring Training. I have always had a great meal, crab cake is exceptional. It's a great atmosphere and service has always been great...highly recommend!

It's great when the snowbirds finally leave, you can once again visit your favorite restaurants at a normal time ,without waiting an hour for a table.
Hog Snappers is one of mine.
Their "You gotta try this" appetizer is a meal in itself, which I've done.
The bowl of bisque with two sides is fantastic!
The sushi and sashimi is fresh and good.
However nine bucks for a glass of house Cabernet is ridiculous.
Enjoy the food!
