This is a great place to stay if you want access to all that the N. Georgia mountains have to offer. The cabin is well stocked, clean and a comfortable place to spend a few nights. The sounds of the river and wildlife fill the living room when the back door is opened. There are neighboring cabins, but not close enough to intrude on your privacy...if they are even there. You are close enough to Blue Ridge to take in dinner and still get home at a decent time and not worry about driving at night (think 2-lane twisty roads...fun during the day). There's lots to do for the outdoors-person, my wife and I hiked to the southern end of the Appalachian Trail which was about 15 miles from the cabin.
Speaking of a hike...although the river is within sight and sound of the cabin, it's all downhill. The hike back up is short, but up a very steep trail (handrails along most of it for support). My only other note would be about the wifi, being out in the county don't expect cable internet speeds...think DSL.
I will consider this place next time I am up that way...which won't be far in the future!
