Read up on this site from trip advisor. Went for breakfast now 2 times in a week. So worth the drive. Got the tenderloin breakfast platter. And it was the best tenderloin I have ever gotten. Cheese eggs are loaded with cheese. Bisquit is great. The only thing I would change is brown the potatoes more. By the way they are fresh peeled and cooked potatoes. Can't wait to go again. Line got long but they are so efficient that it moved very quickly.

Try the Tenderloin biscuit for an authentic local experience. The whole breakfast plate is wonderful too and yes you can get your eggs cooked to order if you tell them. The set up is a cafeteria style where you order as you go through, then pick a seat to eat. If you order eggs other than scrambled, they will bring your order to the table. Breakfast is always busy, but there always seems to be a table. There is limited parking in front, but more parking in the back and a back entrance into the restaurant. They accept credit cards too. Lunch is a country style and good but breakfast is the best and our favorite when we have guests in town wanting to see what a good country breakfast is like in the south.

We went a couple of Fridays ago and fried catfish and fried chicken were the draw. Lots of locals. Cafeteria style. I had vegetables and they were tasty. Not disappointed. Just can't eat fried chicken and don't eat catfish (a bone and an extended bout of the hiccups ended that). Everyone seemed to be having a good time so I'll go with that. Breakfast and lunch only.

Heavy, greasy, over cooked! Not impressed. Have tried this place 3 times while in this area. They are friendly but the food is over cooked, greasy and heavy. Locals love it..the "regulars" must keep it going. I do not recommend them for a healthier choice in foods. Not enough parking.

Local spot worth a try. I opted for cheese eggs, grits, bacon and a biscuit. It was good needed a little more flavor in the grits. Food looks just like the posted pics. If you a country home cooked breakfast this your spot.
