Seven of us ate dinner on a busy Friday night at this restaurant & despite the place being packed, every table was full, both the food & the service were fabulous.
My partner & I both chose the baked Camembert with red onion as a starter & the duck breast, from the specials menu, for our main. Both were delicious & the duck breast was cooked just perfectly. Other members of our party chose soup as a starter, fillet steak & sea bass as mains.
Throughout the meal we had no difficulty attracting the staff attention when we required more drinks & the standard of service was very high.
Our only criticism was that some of our table ordered coffee & this was served in large mugs! This seemed rather unrefined for the dinner service, maybe ok for lunchtime but not for after dinner.
