Great place. Nice and clean and great staff. Close to all you could want to do. Rooms were spacious and very modern Close to route 90. 10 mins from national forest trails. Lake is about 10 minutes away as well Would stay here again

The location is convenient and the breakfast is good, with lots of options that are restocked many times during the morning. The staff ALL go out of their way to help and be friendly, but the rooms themselves are quite plain and more like a Fairfield. The carpet in the hallways needs replacing, but the rooms do have small fridges and microwaves. The rooms could use 2 TVs or at least a larger size TV. The desk area is small and not comfortable and the pillows are uncomfortable. Even the layout is odd with the bed facing the bathroom glass door. For the price we expected alittle more upscale facility. Would we return? Probably, but the Coeur D’Alene Resort is the place to stay in this area, if you are willing to pay the additional price. As Platinum Marriott members you are not even recognized at this facility and there are no upgrades available.

As soon as we entered we were greeted by a very nice lady but soon overheard a very unprofessional conversation by another employee. I believe her name was crystal. And she was speaking very unkindly to another young lady. Right out in the lobby. It set the tone for our whole stay... Keep your rude comments behind closed doors were customers can't see. It made us very uncomfortable.

This hotel was great! Not only were the rooms comfortable, welcoming, clean and well appointed, but the staff was friendly and professional while making you feel like you were coming home! Breakfast is a full breakfast with all kinds of delicious choices --- no kidding --- and it's included with your room! Centrally located to downtown Coeur d'Alene as well as right off the freeway to head any direction you might also want to see while in the area, this is a gem not to be missed. Rooms fill up fast --- no wonder!

As expected with all Marriott's, always clean and you always get great service. After getting in from a late flight from Spokane Washington, the gentleman at the front desk made some great suggestions for the next day's travel . Explained that we were traveling to Sand Point and he made some other points of interest up in that same area.
