I was put up at this hotel for a meeting that was planned by another party. I was so pleased with the room! It was a suite which was beautiful and comfortable. There were televisions in both the living room area and the bedroom. Nice desk area and a refrigerator. I used the room service for my dinner and was not disappointed. ( however $4.00 for a small bottle of Pepsi and $4.00 for a bottle of water was too high!). Check in and out were very easy.

It had a good staff, nice lobby, quiet rooms. It's set way back down a long driveway from the actual street address. So if you use uber or something be sure to tell the driver to come alllllll they way down the driveway, past some businesses and parking lots.

I was hoping for so much more! Yes it's in a great location if you have to go up and down the highway to get North, to downtown, etc. And yes it's easy (although pricey) to park. And I do like the spacious room - very nice. BUT the housekeeping is unacceptable (dirty glasses left in room, shorting on the towel service, quality of shower cleanliness is subpar). It needs some serious attention. Quality of the front desk staff was good (although that area looked like a mess too - piles of tampons and soaps were strewn about the front desk area....likely on their way to be delivered to rooms but seriously? I need to see that upon check in?)

Stayed here on the tail end of a family vacation, wanted a hotel close to Ohare b/c of a morning flight and this location did not disappoint.

First the location this property is just down the road from Ohare and less than 10 minutes to get to the terminals of for our purposes the car rental return. Very convenient to airport and restaurants in the area. It is located in a office park so it's tucked away in the parking lot. The parking isn't cheap but there is a self parking lot attached to the hotel.

Arriving at the hotel in the evening there was quite a line of Airline crews checking in which slightly overwhelmed the two station check in desk, it would have been nice to have a dedicated Elite line that was actually used. But that delay being said after we got to the front the staff was very pleasant and helpful. we were given a great upgrade to a larger corner room which was a nice surprise. We were informed that the concierge lounge was closed so breakfast would be in the main restaurant, before I even had to ask about including the children the question was asked how many vouchers we would be needing, really appreciated this small touch.

The room was very spacious, and the sofa bed was already made awaiting our arrival. the extra space was a godsend as we had to repack our bags from essentially a week long road trip before our upcoming flight home. The bed was typical renaissance level comfort and the bathrooms were nicely done, but not quite the "modern" look thats being put in across the mariott brands.

Breakfast in the restaurant was great, they offered more than just a standard breakfast with a omelet, and waffle stations.

Being an airport hotel most guests are probably only in for the night but the staff really helped this place stand out from the front line desk to the servers in the restaurant, to the housekeeping staff that brought extra towels everyone seemed pleasant and seemed to care about what they were doing.

wouldn't hesitate to come back here in the future.

Room Tip: Scale in the fitness room can be used to weigh luggage before heading to the airport

Stayed one night for business travel. Shuttle from airport was very convenient and took less than ten minutes to get to hotel. I was lucky to catch the shuttle right away-it only runs every 30 minutes. Room was clean, bright and large. The set up was nice, with separate work, sleeping and living areas. The bathroom and shower are very big. Staff were friendly and check in and out were a breeze. We had a small function in the bar area, and staff serving food and drinks were attentive. I heard some morning noise from the airport, but it was not bothersome. This was a great place to stay; I would recommend it!
