The only down side to Chicago Pizza is that if you sit down and order one in the restaurant, or for delivery, is that it is going to be 45-60 minutes before it is ready. Gino's does away with that by offering fresh, hot Pizza by the slice that is just waiting to be served onto your plate. The place is busy so the Pizza has not been sitting around for very long at all.
My younger son got two slices of regular crust pepperoni and it filled him up. My daughter barely finished her pan style pizza slice, while the rest of us have deep dish. It took us all of 5 minutes to get our order placed and paid for and then it was all about enjoying the great pizza. We managed to follow this with 4 slices of awesome cheesecake. Everybody really liked it, and the no-frills seating and such was great. It was all about the pizza.
NOTE: This place serves Pizza FAST, but it is not "fast food".
We did leave wondering about the name of the place though. The Pizza is definitely worthy of being called an "art", but we also noticed that they had a 5 topping slice that was called "Art's Special". Was this place founded by some mysterious guy named Art... who happened to be a pizza artist...
