Born & raised in Chicago, pizza is my primary food. Living in California now, I eat pizza at least three times a week, and I'm fussy about it. While at the University of Chicago Law School, I ate hundreds of Edwardo's pizza because it's tasty and creamy and fresh and filling -- full of deliciousness. One reviewer said service is slow; well, that's because each pizza is made when ordered and a deep dish pizza takes a while to cook. If you don't have to wait a while, your pizza isn't made-to-order. I'm going home for a visit soon and, other than visiting with family, the first thing on my to-list is to have some Edwardo's Pizza. Can't wait.
