The location of this hotel is fantastic in the theater district of Chicago! The Cibc theater is attached to this hotel! My wife and I stayed here on a Saturday night in late November. We were in town to see A Christmas Carol at the Goodman Theater. I am a Hilton honors diamond member. My king size standard room was upgraded to a king w/ pull out couch, microwave and fridge. Our room was on the 12th floor. This room was huge! The bed was pretty comfortable. The carpet, couch, and decor showed signs of wear. The bathroom was large. The water pressure unfortunately was not very good in the shower. The room did not have a view. The view was an adjacent building. The elevators are small!!! I loved the digital key feature through the Hilton honors app on your phone for the elevator and room! This is an older hotel but still has todays technology! The staff is very friendly at this hotel! The front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff were all helpful and friendly. I unfortunately wasn’t impressed by the breakfast options. We received late checkout at 1pm. This late checkout was helpful for our day! We left a few bags with the front desk while we attended a play on Sunday afternoon! We appreciated the staff holding our bags for us! Overall, we liked our stay at this hotel!
