The hotel was very clean and very big. The bed was so comfortable and we had a lot of pillows which I loved.

It is an alright hotel not too far from the airport and close to some decent restaurants within walking distance. Free parking is nice. The shuttle to and fro the airport is fine. Disappointed in the hotel claiming they would drive you within 5 miles of the property. They did it on day one of my stay but had to wait an hour. On day 2 because it was in the morning, they wouldn't do it and insisted I get a cab. If you are not going to consistently honor your commitments, then don't advertise it or put a disclaimer.

We sincerely apologize for the less than satisfactory service you received on the local shuttle. Hotel provides local shuttle based on availability and until 9 pm daily. Advanced shuttle booking is required to provide guest the desired time of departure from hotel. I would be greatly appreciated if you can provide me the date/day/time you were denied service. This information will help us to look into our service operations and for future service improvement. Thank you for the feedback.

Overpriced for what you receive.
Room was supposed to have a refrigerator, but did not. They told me I could go to Target and purchase a cooler, which I did.

Hotel has limited refrigerators for guest usage and there will be provided based on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please accept our apologize for the way our Front Desk agent spoke with you on the fridge. Most guests would have the hotel store refrigerated items in the hotel cooler if in-room fridge is not available.

The walls might as well not have been there. Heard every conversation, toilet flush, cough, tv from every room around, sides and above. The bed was like sleeping on a board. We had an early flight and tried to go to sleep early but instead did not sleep at all. A Terrible way to start vacation. Air conditioning unit was vibrating and extremely loud when it ran. The front desk guy was rude when we checked in and I asked a question about parking. The tv channels when they didn't have lines through them or just didn't work at all were dark and the tv sound was terrible. Room smelled musty and old. I was mislead by the name brand chain I supposed and expected much more. The room was clean and the shower head did have good pressure, that much was at least nice.

We always use park and fly and this was a great experience compared to other hotels. Shuttle was prompt and was there when they said. The restaurant next door is a nice way to start vacation before flying out the next day. I think we will probably only use this hotel going forward if I can get the same rate.
