Yes, there were a few problems with our room -- the telephone didn't work, the sink didn't drain, and we had trouble with the room key. HOWEVER when we advised the front desk of these problems we were pleasantly surprised at how genuinely helpful the person at the desk was - even gave us 10% off when we checked out. This is just a heads up to folks who tend to rant and rave on TripAdvisor when something isn't quite right: You're much better off advising the hotel staff of the problem. nine times out of ten they'll welcome a chance to fix it.

We only stayed one night, but it was a great stay. I don't believe they have an elevator as we were directed to stairs to get to our room on the 2nd floor. So keep that in mind, if you are not able to climb stairs. The pool looked amazing! It's a 67 foot lap pool! We didnt have time to get in it. The deck outside looked amazing as well. It would be a perfect setting for an outdoor wedding. The breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The cookies are a great added touch ....nice treat. We did play the slot machines for about 20 minutes.....great payout for me !

We stayed at the Ramada for a girl's weekend. It's not in the downtown area, but it's very close and we didn't mind the location. I found myself envious of the cute places in the downtown area and nearby, but a lot of them only had one bed in the room, so our options were limited. We were pleased with the Ramada. It was clean and seemed new (I don't know how long it's been around). The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the yummy cookies were a treat! The breakfast food was ok, but a big selection. I loved the large deck out back overlooking the fields and pond. It was very peaceful and welcoming back there. One thing that surprised us was a knock at the door at 8-8:30am for housekeeping- we felt that was a little early. We put a do not disturb sign on our door every morning after that and took it off when we left. They didn't come back later in the day, so we didn't get fresh towels. The gals at the front desk helped us with that.. I would highly recommend the Ramada- it's very nice

I stayed 3 nights, starting on Monday and it was a very good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is top-notch and the Indulge Day Spa is a fabulous add-in. Beds comfortable, rooms clean and quiet and no issues. Staff directed us to some great restaurants and activities.

The pool area is nice and the back deck is a great perk off the banquet rooms. Would be nice for wedding!

My girl friends and I enjoyed our stay; we had 2 rooms, double queen. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Climate control is excellent.

Room Tip: Stayed on first floor and was happy with that.

What a treat to escape the winter, husbands, and get some me time! The massage area looked divine, but not in our budget this trip. The pool and hot tub was wonderful after walking all over town today. All those beautiful shops and HILLS, our muscles are not use to working!

Best continental breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage and toast I have had in a long time. Some cheese sauce would be nice for those eggs, but they will do with out. Yoghurt, juice, and a Belgian waffles machine was also provided. It was a great meal, and of course unlimited coffee!
