We spent Saturday night October 12, 2013 at Lucy Mae's Guest House. My wife and I rented the first floor and our friends rented the second floor. All of us loved the place! Our first stop before checking in was Grafton Zipline. Everything else we planned to do was within walking distance. We will definitely stay there again.

We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend to celebrate our 10 year Anniversary! We rented the top floor and we were very impressed! We could tell that there was a lot of love and detail that was put into making this house feel welcoming! Everything has a romantic old world feel..We especially thought the claw foot tub bathroom was stunning! The location for this house is perfect! Its about in the middle of the main strip. We enjoyed being able to walk to most of the local shops, restaurants, wineries and pubs! Thank You soo much for the last minute booking and for the wonderful hospitality!! We will DEFINITELY be back soon!

Stayed here one night with a friend, we wanted something close to wineries, shops, and restaurants. Easy walk to all of these. Very clean, huge bathroom with a jacuzzi which we didnt have time to use. We had the downstairs area. Grafton is a neat little town, seems they roll up the sidewalks at dark. If you stay here, make sure and have the breakfast buffet at Pere Marquette Lodge. The road to the lodge was flooded from the rising river, but we followed the detours and got there just fine. There was no innkeeper on site, you are on your own. This suited our needs fine.

Room Tip: Downstairs area has a little kitchen

We rented the whole house for 6 girls to stay so we could hit the wineries. This house is sooo nice. The weather was terrible and one of the wineries was closed. The house was the saving grace of this trip. Everything is very pretty, well thought out and clean. The upstairs is done in an antique style and the downstairs is more modern. I really couldn't recommend one over the other. Both were great and I guess it would just matter how many were in your party. One weird thing....the thermostat in the downstairs room controls the whole house. Not sure how that would work if you didn't know the people staying downstairs. Their website has great pictures that give you a very good idea of what you are getting. We had plenty of room for all of us. I can't really tell you any more than what the website does but it really is a great place. Walking distance to most shops and bars. It's almost directly across from the Ruebel and it was about 4 blocks to the Rotten Apple and the Grafton Winery. I spoke to Pat to rent the house and he was so nice and helpful. Everything was simple about renting the house and we all just loved it. Thanks so much for letting us stay!
