We have all been thru drive up windows and had our order wrong when we get home and open the bag. This has happened more than once at this Dairy Queen for me. Always keep your receipts! I called them when I realized my order was wrong. The girl said to come back up there and they would give me the two sandwiches I was supposed to get. Well, the problem is that it was 9:30 pm and I would have a 20 mile round trip to do this and by now I am already upset. She took my information down and said I could come by the next day to get the sandwiches. I did that and the thing that bothers me the most is the fact that nobody apologized for the inconvenience. The sandwiches were barely warm when I got them. I know sometimes you might have young kids or new employees that are just learning the ropes in the workplace, but us working people that give you our business would just like to be treated right after a long day. I don't want a free meal or a gift card or anything like that. Just be courteous and respectful of those that are paying customers. It's that simple.
