This is a pretty new hotel located next to the Cracker Barrel restaurant. The only real negative is that it has a great location (next to Highway 59 and I-88), however you have to exit on Diehl Road, go up a block and half and then take a private drive back to a complex of different hotels and the Cracker Barrel and there isn't any signage to tell you where to go. Once you drive it once though it is not bad.

Hotel was quiet, ample parking, welcoming lobby, and friendly counter and breakfast staff. Once reason we choose this hotel was the indoor pool as my daughter likes to swim. The pool (and hot tub/whirlpool) was nice - not big but big enough. The room was very nice and came with a coffee maker, microwave, small fridge, TV and the rest. My only compliant is they only provided one serving of regular coffee and one of decaf so if you wanted more than that (for the room) you were out of luck. I think you could probably go down to the lobby and get coffee as well (at least in the morning).

Their breakfast was above average for places like this. At least one choice of eggs each morning, a couple hot meat options, make yourself waffles, and the normal juices, yoghurt, cereal, pastries, etc. There was ample seating in a cozy room for breakfast with a TV.

Overall a good place to stay that is easy to drive to wherever you need to go.

Great clean rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Especially Oscar and Elivia. Easy to get to. Would come back any time i am on Chicago area. Can't say enough about the staff and the staff and the hotel
and the ease of talking to assitant general manager Rpbert and head housekeeper Patti

We chose this location for the fact that it was close enough to Chicago but more affordable than downtown. My only complaint was that the pool/pool room was SO cold. Close to the highway for easy access. Downtown Naperville was a fun area to explore for dinner.

Had a nice stay. This was just outside Chicago so we stayed here to avoid those high Chicago prices. Clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Was sort of off the beaten path in an area of several different hotels.

This is my second stay at this hotel and both times have been good. Clean and comfortable rooms and a decent free breakfast in the morning. Convenient location and only about 45 minutes from downtown Chicago. Plenty of area restaurants close as well.
