I hadnt realized this was in the same building as another museum so I had not allowed for a whole lot of extra time. However once we entered it we realized this would be time consuming. They display so many uniforms, across different military branches, with their owners photos and stories attached. Aside from that they have a lot of interesting things to look at and read. I would allow an hour if your interested, but 2 hours if this is really your kind of thing.

Thank Jen B

Another Pontiac museum that is chock full of history and memorabilia. Covering all American wars, there are uniforms, firearms, letters to/from soldiers, their memories, photos. You can go through at your own pace; you're sure to find something that interests you.

Was caught off guard with this one. Most amazing military museum I have seen. It targets the local soldier with their uniforms and stories. Very moving and definitely worth the look. Try to give yourself some time

This is a great place to visit. It is a bit cramped, but that's only because there are so many artifacts of wars past and present. You could literally spend hours upon hours here. I live in town and visit here and there and always see something new and learn something new as well. And, it's free!!
